1. Introduction

Definitions:

• “Company”, “we”, “our” and “us” mean Norgenic S.L., Av. de Jaume I 95, 08226 Terrassa (Barcelona, Spain), VAT/CIF B67882019, registered with the Barcelona Commercial Registry.
• “Applicant”, “you” or “user” means the natural or legal person who completes and submits citizenship-processing forms through the Website.
• “Website” means e-docshub.com and any sub-domains or successor sites operated by the Company.

2. Scope of Service

We are a private company that assists individuals in preparing, compiling and submitting citizenship files (“Citizenship Applications”) to the competent authorities. We are not a public body and have no affiliation with any government administration.

Our team:

• Provides 24/7/365 access to an online questionnaire and customer-support desk;
• Reviews every answer for completeness and consistency before submission;
• Requests and processes any additional documents required by the authority;
• Produces high-quality digital copies (PDF / JPG / PNG) when necessary;
• Submits the complete file on the Applicant’s behalf; and
• Forwards official communications from the authority to the Applicant as soon as they are issued.

We do not guarantee that a Citizenship Application will be approved, nor do we control the processing times of the administration. Our obligation is limited to diligent preparation, timely submission and proactive communication.

3. Use of the Website

The Website and its content are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, decompile or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Supplying false data, omitting required information or attempting unauthorised access may result in immediate cancellation of the Application and deletion of your data without refund.

4. Personal Data and Privacy

To provide the Service we collect and store, in an encrypted database located within the EU, the following categories of personal data:

• Identification data (full name, date and place of birth, nationality, passport / ID number, issue and expiry dates);
• Contact details (postal address, email, telephone);
• Technical data (IP address, connection logs, cookies);
• Payment records (card type, masked number, transaction ID).

5. Fees and Payment

The amount shown includes applicable indirect taxes and covers our management fee only.
Government filing fees and any courier costs are payable separately by the Applicant where applicable.

The 199 AUD fee is charged once you confirm the details on the final review screen and click “Pay & Submit”. Because the service is customised and irreversible, our fee is non-refundable once payment has been made.

All payments are processed via encrypted, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways. For questions regarding charges or charge-backs, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date.

6. Additional Documentation

The competent authority may request extra documents (e.g., civil-registry certificates, police clearances, apostilles). The client is responsible for obtaining such documentation. If you do not have it:

• We can obtain it on your behalf subject to your acceptance of an additional quotation; or
• We will require you to supply it within the deadline set by the administration.

Failure to comply will cause the Application to lapse without refund, as the delay is not attributable to the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The decision on each Application rests exclusively with the government authority.
• We shall not be liable for indirect losses (tickets, reservations, etc.) arising from delays or refusals.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for that Service.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, network outages or government action.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the Site after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
